Continuous Mixing Plants
The Rapidmix Continuous mixing plants have been designed and developed to be a cost effective method for the high capacity production of Concrete or for any application where a cement or binder needs to be mixed into a base material. These units are fully self contained with increased profit production along with being completely mobile

Soil Cement
RAPID plants can produce Cement-modified soil (CMS), a subbase solution that blends cement and water with native soils to improve undesirable soil properties. The engineered mix forms a weather-resistant work platform for construction operations and a stronger, permanent subgrade for enhanced pavement support and capacity.

Portable Mixing Plants
The Rapidmix Continuous portable mixing plants have been designed and developed to be a cost effective method for the high capacity production of Concrete or for any application where a cement or binder needs to be mixed into a base material.
The Rapid Mix 600 C and 400 have been designed to be totally mobile and completely self-contained with their own power source. Totally portable to the site.

RAPID as a pugmill
Rapid's pugmill or pug mill is a machine in which materials are simultaneously mixed with a liquid. Industrial applications are found in cement and some parts of the concrete and asphalt mixing processes. Rapid's pugmill is a fast continuous mixer. Rapid's continuous pugmill can achieve a thoroughly mixed, homogeneous mixture in a few seconds.

Roller-compacted concrete (RCC)
Roller-compacted concrete (RCC) is an ultra-tough, zero-slump concrete with compressive strengths greater than 4,000 psi. It is placed with asphalt pavers to form an nonreinforced, concrete pavement. Rapid's Utililzation of Hazardous Wastes
Utilizing waste by-products, RAPID's mixers are turn of the century compatable as a Green Concrete Material using the S/S process. Also included is our ability to process for Contaminated soil stabilisation.
